We build it at no cost and the first month is on us. After that it’s £25 to £85 a month depending on size, with hosting, backups and upkeep included. Billing rolls every 30 days, and there is no contract.

It’s the first thing worth knowing about any monthly deal, so here it is first.
- Cancelling
- Cancel whenever you like, by WhatsApp, phone or the contact form. There is no minimum term and nothing to buy yourself out of.
- When it ends
- The site stays live to the end of the 30 days you've paid for, then goes offline. We don't refund part months.
- If a payment fails
- We try the card again automatically and message you first. After 7 days of failed payment the site is taken offline.
- Coming back
- Pick the plan up again and we switch the site back on at the same address.
- What stays yours
- Your words, photos, logo and domain, always. The site's code and design stay with us and can't be moved to another host.

Pay-monthly sites are managed, not owned: we build, host and run them, and the code and design can't be moved to another host. Your words, photos and domain are always yours.

How long am I tied in for?
Some deals run for a year or two, and leaving early means paying off the rest.

A Fast-Track Website is £1,195–£1,795 for up to 7 pages, and you can spread the cost over 3 or 6 months. It is still hosted with us, under a care plan from £60 a month, so it is a one-off build rather than a site you take elsewhere.
If you want code you own outright and can host anywhere, that is the Bespoke Website, from £2,495.

Is it really built for nothing?
