Free website check · back within 24 hours

Twenty seconds of typing, and one of us goes through it by hand.

You send the address and a number. One of us opens the site on a real handset, on the sort of signal your customers have, and comes back with what we found and what to do about it first.

No software report and no login. Written by Leonard or Rebecca, in the English you’d use across a counter.

Paste it as it appears in your browser. No website yet? Type your business name instead and we’ll check what Google shows for you.

A mobile is best, because the answer usually arrives as a message. We use it for this and nothing else.

Only if you already know. It just means we can tell you straight what it would buy.

No charge, no obligation. Leonard or Rebecca replies within 24 hours.

Built in Bude: The Bank at Bude, The Triangle, Bar Thirty Five. See all the work

Five things we look at, on a phone.

The same five every time, in this order, because this is the order a customer meets them in.

  1. Does it load in under three seconds on a phone with one bar of signal?

Measured on a real handset, not on a laptop plugged into fibre.

  2. Can someone ring you, book or order in one tap from the first screen?

Counted in taps from the top of the page, with the number checked as a link.

  3. Do you show up on the Google map for your trade and your town?

Searched for your trade and your town, the way a customer would type it.

  4. Are your hours, prices and photos current, and do they match what Google says?

Your site and your Google Business Profile read side by side, line by line.

  5. The one thing to fix first, and roughly what it would cost.

One thing, not a list of forty. The one that would make the most difference this month.

What happens next.

  1. Straight away

Your address and your number land in our inbox. Nothing is bought and nothing is signed.

  2. Within 24 hours

One of us opens it on a phone, runs the five checks and writes the answer in the sort of English you would use across a counter.

  3. Then it is yours

You get the list and the one thing to fix first. Do it yourself, give it to whoever built the site, or ask us what it would cost.

Haven’t got a website yet?

Type your business name in the first box instead. We’ll check what Google shows when somebody searches for you, which for a lot of businesses round here is the only page a customer ever sees.

And what it isn’t

It isn’t a score out of a hundred from a tool you could run yourself, and it isn’t the opening move in a sales call. If the honest answer is that your site is doing its job, that is the answer you get.

If you already know you want the work doing, tell us the job and we will fix the price in writing, or see every price.

Or say it out loud and we’ll do it while you’re on the phone.

The number goes to a mobile in Bude, and it is answered by one of the two people who would build the site. No switchboard and no ticket number.
