Websites for a hair or beauty salon, or an aesthetics clinic

The chair booked before you've even answered.

We build websites for hair salons, beauty salons and aesthetics clinics in Bude, North Cornwall and North Devon: a booking button that works after the phone in reception's gone quiet, a treatment menu people can actually read, and the reviews that build trust before a first consultation. A website starts at £1,195, or we build it free from £25 a month.

From £25 a month, or from £1,195Every price

“You're mid-colour with both hands in someone's hair when the phone goes in reception. Nobody picks it up, so by nine that night they've booked somewhere whose site let them do it themselves.”

A booking button that takes the appointment and the deposit at nine on a Sunday night, so the column fills itself while you're busy with the client in front of you.

Your busiest hour is the one you're closed.

The words below are the ones you use. We write the site in them rather than translating them into something a stranger would say.

Thursday to Saturday the column is solid: colour, cut and blow-dry back to back, a bridal trial squeezed in for someone getting married at a barn out past Kilkhampton next spring, and the phone in reception ringing through to nobody because both your hands are on somebody's head. Monday and Tuesday are quieter, which is when the patch tests get done and the stock order goes in.

None of that is when your customers actually decide to book you. They are doing it at half past nine on a Sunday night, scrolling on the sofa before the week starts, or on a lunch break deciding whether tomorrow's the day to finally sort the eyebrows or ask about a course of treatments they've been putting off. If the only way to book is to ring during the hours you are already fully booked, that appointment goes to whoever's site let them do it there and then.

So the site has one job that matters more than looking nice: let someone book a slot and pay a deposit at whatever time they've decided to act, then tell them plainly if what they want needs a patch test or a consultation first. Do that, and the diary fills itself while you're somewhere else entirely, hands full, kettle on, radio going.

What your site actually has to carry.

Not a feature list. These are the things a customer of yours is trying to do, and where each one has to sit before they give up and ring somebody else.

What a hair, beauty or aesthetics website has to carry, and where each thing belongs.

What we’d do first.

Before a rebuild, before a rebrand, before anything with a monthly fee attached to it. In this order, for a hair or beauty salon, or an aesthetics clinic.

  1. A 'Book now' button wired to the system you already take deposits on, so a Sunday night scroll turns into an appointment instead of a missed call on Monday.

  2. The treatment menu as pages, not a laminated price list photographed side-on: what it involves, how long it takes, and whether it needs a patch test or a consultation first.

  3. A Google Business Profile with this year's photos of the salon and the work, a review link sent after every appointment, and gift vouchers sold from the site for the December rush.

And what we wouldn’t bother with

An online shop for your retail range

Shampoo and skincare get sold on the way out of a treatment, not browsed at midnight. Put the same money into gift vouchers and a booking button that actually earns while the salon's shut.

The words your customers actually type.

Not keywords. Half-sentences, typed with one thumb, usually within a few miles of you and usually about to spend money.

  • hairdresser Bude

  • beauty salon near Stratton

  • aesthetics clinic Bude

  • lash extensions Widemouth Bay

Every one of those is either a page on your site or a line on your Google Business Profile, and usually both. Local SEO and the Google profile is priced on its own, set up once and kept right through the season.

What that takes, and what it costs.

Every one of these has a published price. Where it’s a range, a short call turns it into one fixed figure in writing before any work begins.

Most of what we can show you so far is holiday parks, glamping and holiday home sales, built by the same two people under our holiday-park name. The thinking is the same and the figures on each study are lab measurements, stated in full. See the work.

Care plans, marketing and the smaller extras are all on the pricing page. When you know what you need, start your project.

The questions we get, answered straight.

  • Can people book a slot and pay a deposit online?

Yes, wired to the booking and card system you already use rather than a new one you have to learn. Taking a deposit at the point of booking is the simplest way we know to cut the no-shows that leave a chair empty, and it takes bookings at nine on a Sunday night when the salon phone is off.

  • Do you show which treatments need a patch test or a consultation first?

Yes, and we'd put it before the booking button rather than in the small print. It saves you turning someone away on the day, and it saves them a wasted trip, which matters more the further out they've travelled.

  • Can we sell gift vouchers from the site?

Yes. Selling anything from the site, vouchers included, is the bigger build, because it needs the card system and an email that sends the voucher automatically. A straightforward booking site is the smaller build if vouchers can wait.

  • What does a website for a salon or clinic cost?

A Fast-Track Website, from £1,195, covers the treatment pages, the booking button and the patch test information. Selling vouchers or taking payment on the site is a bigger build: a Bespoke Website, from £2,495. Google Business Profile setup is £90, and ongoing local search is part of our Marketing Presence plan, from £345 a month. Hosting and updates are the care plan, from £60 a month. Or we build it free from £25 a month on a pay-monthly plan. Every price is on our pricing page, and a range is fixed in writing before we start.

We look at it the way one of your customers would: on a phone, in a hurry, on a Bude signal. Then you get an email from Leonard or Rebecca with the one thing to fix first and roughly what it would cost.

The check costs nothing and there is no sales call after it.
