From £2,495

Sell it from your own site, on your own terms.

Takeaway orders, farm shop boxes, surf hire and gift vouchers, sold from your own site on the card system you already use.

Every price is on the pricing page, and you get a fixed figure in writing before anything starts.

What people tell us before they ring us.

An order that comes through your own site keeps the whole ticket. No listing fee, no cut, no waiting on somebody else's payout. The trick is making the ordering quick enough that people finish it standing in a car park with one bar of signal.

  • “You answer the same question forty times a day and the till still goes quiet in November.”

Delivery areas, collection slots, allergens and cut-off times go on the page where people are already looking, and the winter offer is a change you can ask for rather than a rebuild.

  • “The ordering app takes a cut of every order and I never find out who bought.”

Your own checkout, on Stripe or the provider your card machine already runs on, and the customer's email address is yours rather than somebody else's list.

  • “I tried to add a product once and gave up.”

We set the shop up so adding a product is filling in four boxes, then sit with you while you do the first one and record it for whoever does the next.

What you are actually buying.

A checkout on the card system you already use
Stripe, or the provider behind your card machine, so the money lands in the account it always landed in.
Stock, delivery areas and collection slots
Postcodes you will deliver to, times you will hand over, and a cut-off so nobody orders a pasty four minutes before you close.
Gift vouchers and deposits
Sold and redeemed from the same basket, with a code that works at the counter as well as online.
Order emails that reach the right person
Kitchen, yard or phone, whichever needs to see it, laid out so it can be read on a screen with flour on it.
A session on adding a product
Screen-shared or across the counter, and recorded, so the next person who has to do it can watch rather than ring.

How it actually runs.

We put real orders through the checkout ourselves before a customer does, so the first live one is not the first one anybody has tried.

  1. What you sell, and how it leaves the building

We list every product, every collection or delivery rule and every question you currently answer on the phone, then design round that rather than round a template.

  2. Build it, then order from it

We put test orders through end to end: card, confirmation, kitchen email, refund, the lot, before a customer ever sees it.

  3. Open the till, then watch it

We go live on a quiet day, watch the first week of real orders and fix whatever trips people up.

What lands on your side of the table.

  • Your own checkout, so the full ticket stays with you
  • Delivery areas, collection slots and cut-off times you control
  • Gift vouchers and deposits sold from the same basket
  • Order emails to the kitchen, the yard or your phone
  • A recorded session on adding a product and changing a price

The questions people ask first.

Last updated: 26 September 2026

If yours is not here, ring and ask. More of them, with the facts table, on everything you need to know.

  • How much does an online shop cost?

Shops are built as a Bespoke Website: £2,495 to £3,495 for 5 to 8 pages, rising to £5,995 to £7,995+ for bigger sites and advanced integrations, fixed in writing after a short call. Card processing is separate: Stripe and the like take a percentage of each sale, paid to them rather than to us.

  • Can I keep the card machine I already have?

Usually. Most modern card providers have an online checkout that runs on the same account, so the money lands where it always did. Tell us who you are with and we will check before you commit to anything.

  • What if I only sell a handful of things?

Then you may not need a shop at all. A small site with a proper order form and a phone number does the job for plenty of businesses, and we will say so if that is you.

  • Who deals with an order that goes wrong?

You do, because it is your customer and your kitchen. We set up the refund button and show you where the order sits, so putting it right takes a minute rather than an evening.

We’ll tell you what to fix first.

Tell us what you sell and how it leaves the building.

A real person looks at it on a real phone. If it is fine we will say so and you have lost nothing. If it is not, you will know which thing to change and roughly what that would cost.
