What is not included
- Changes past your 90 minutes: Priced before we start.
- New pages: £145–£245.
- New features or integrations: Priced per project.
- A redesign: A new build, from £1,195.
- Search and marketing work: Marketing Presence, from £345 a month.
The plan
The Lead care plan is £240 a month, billed every 30 days in advance.
There is no minimum term, and you can move between Keep, Grow and Lead whenever you like.
Every Fast-Track or Bespoke Website we build needs a care plan: Keep or above for a Fast-Track Website, with Grow or Lead suggested for a Bespoke Website. Pay-monthly plans already include hosting and upkeep, so they have no separate care plan.
How quickly we help
We help the same day.
Changes to your site
The Lead plan includes 90 minutes of changes a month. Send them by WhatsApp, by phone or through the contact form. A small change is something like:
- Opening hours, prices or a new menu
- A photograph swapped or added
- A sold-out, fully-booked or closed-for-the-season notice
- A line of text corrected or brought up to date
- A member of staff added or taken off
Bigger jobs
New pages, new features and redesigns are not small changes. They are priced as extra work before we start: a new page is £145 to £245 and a new section on an existing page £70 to £145.
If you cancel
Cancel whenever you like, by WhatsApp, by phone or through the contact form on this site.
The plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part months.
On a Fast-Track Website, stopping the care plan means the site goes offline at the end of that period, unless we agreed in advance to move it to other hosting.

These are the terms for the Lead care plan in short. Our terms of business cover the rest: how we quote, what we need from you, liability and the law that applies. Where this page and those terms differ, this page is the one that applies to the Lead care plan.
Every price is on the pricing page. Your written quote or sign-up confirmation is what you agree to, and it wins over anything on this website.
